Attached is the YMCA Cluster meet information. Swimmers must have competed in 3 YMCA meets this season to be eligible to enter this meet. We will need to provide timers and/or officials to volunteer at the meet. Please indicate on your entry which session you are available to help at. Sessions: SATURDAY AM, SATURDAY PM, SUNDAY AM, SUNDAY PM. If we don’t get volunteers, we will need to assign families to each session. Meet Volunteers
During the championship season, meet hosts often require that visiting teams help with timing or officiating at the meet. For the Y Cluster meet, we are required to fill 2 volunteer positions for each session of the meet. If you have been assigned to time, there will be a timers meeting held before the start of the meet which will fully explain the job.
The following families have either volunteered or have been assigned to work at the Y Cluster meet on Feb 9th and 10th. Thank you very much for offering your time for the team. If you absolutely cannot fulfill an assignment please try to find a replacement. As a last resort, please contact Alison at ffysmeet@yahoo.com
