Coaches, Meet Entry Chairs, and Parents,

The OLY Meet has officially closed on Thursday, May 22, 2008.  We cannot add any new swimmers or events unless the entries will not create new heats.  We will continue to accept seed time updates until 10 PM, June 3, 2008 as stated in the meet document.

In order to accommodate all the teams who have entered and accept all entries, we have made some adjustments to the format of the meet:
We have been granted permission from Michigan Swimming to move the 12 & under girls and boys 200 IM from Friday night's session to Sunday afternoon's session.  These are events #5 and #6 and they will be swum after the relays at the end of the Sunday afternoon session.  Swimmers will have the option of swimming five (5) individual events plus a relay in this session.  If they choose not to swim the 200 IM at that time, they will be reimbursed the $4 event fee.

To meet the timeline constraint in the Sunday morning session, the 13 & up girls and boys 400 free will be limited to seven (7) heats each gender.  The 13 & up 400 free psych sheets will be posted on the OLY website in the next few days.  Any swimmer who is bumped has the option of entering another event in the same session or of being reimbursed the $4 event fee.  I will email you again when the psych sheets are posted. If you know a swimmer is not going to swim any of these events, than please notify us so we can give others a chance to swim.  All entry fees for those that do not swim these events will be refunded at the clerk of course.
